Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience:
- Years required: 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Sector experience: Experience in commercial management and business development, client management, preferably in the cleaning, auxiliary services, Facility Services, outsourcing, or temporary staffing sectors.
- Management experience: Yes.
- Knowledge:
- Technical: Knowledge of business development, commercial management, client acquisition and loyalty, negotiation, preparation of economic proposals, market analysis, identification of business opportunities, client portfolio management, consultative selling.
- Tools: Microsoft 365 suite, CRM such as SalesForce, PowerBI.
- Language: Spanish.
- Other: Driver's license. Knowledge of LGD and the functioning of the Special Employment Center
Education & certifications
- Education:
- Required qualification: High School Diploma.
- Complementary training: Vocational Training (FP1 or FP2) in the area is valued.

The role
Job Mission: Manage and develop the company's activity within their area of responsibility, ensuring the fulfillment of economic and commercial objectives, market prospecting, and the consolidation of trusting relationships with clients.
What you'll do
- Manage the delegation's client portfolio, guaranteeing their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities across the different lines of Grupo SIFU.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets, commercial offers, and the acquisition of public tenders.
- Maintain a close relationship with clients.
- Analyze activity indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Represent the company in the institutional and business spheres of the region.
Job objectives and indicators
- Minimum annual new sales of 600K.
- Minimum of 5 weekly visits with new clients, and 10 total weekly visits.
