What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. You possess a Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) degree in the specialty of building and civil engineering (degree officially recognized in Spain)
Type B driver's license, valid
From 1 year to 2 years performing functions as a technical foreman for at least 1 year (documentary proof required)

Nice to have

Basic level of construction safety training (50 or 60 hours)
Training certificate: Operator of Lifting Equipment
Training certificate: Procedures and Techniques for Working at Heights
20-hour Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Training for Construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsing, and email

The role

Technical Foremen - Works (Community of Madrid)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 3 Technical Foremen to provide support for forestry works in Leganés and the Community of Madrid.

What you'll do

Daily planning and supervision of works/services
Coordination and control of the work team (crews, machinery, subcontractors)
Control of materials, resources, and machinery required on site
Technical monitoring of actions according to the project and current regulations
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards on site
Direct communication with the site manager, technical management, and client
Resolution of technical or field execution incidents
Drafting of daily reports, production control, and photographic reports
Site setting out and measurements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsing, and email
Coordination with suppliers, demonstrating the ability to demand compliance

- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
