What you'll get
We don't want to tell you about a typical consultancy, because this company is not one:
A schedule that allows you to enjoy your time: you will work a continuous workday from Monday to Thursday, from 7:45 to 16:00 h, and on Fridays from 7:45 to 15:00 h. Additionally, you will enjoy intensive working hours throughout the entire summer.
Real work-life balance: here you will find a company that understands that work is an important part of your life, but not the only one. You will be able to organize yourself based on trust, you will have facilities to manage your own time, and you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your personal time is respected.
True digital disconnection: you will be able to disconnect when your workday ends. The company has automated service systems that allow for responding to clients outside of office hours, without you having to be on call when your workday ends.
Constant technology and innovation: you will be part of a company that is firmly committed to staying at the forefront. You will work with highly automated processes and updated tools. Additionally, every year the company attends the main technology fairs in Madrid to discover new solutions that can make your day-to-day easier.
Training and professional development: you will have the support of a manager who has a personal commitment to your growth. You will be able to continue training, specialize, and acquire new knowledge. And best of all, your training is also rewarded financially.
A salary that evolves with you: your salary will be between €24,000 and €28,000 gross per year, negotiable based on your experience and profile, plus variable incentives linked to your training, client satisfaction, and the achievement of objectives. Additionally, you will be able to review and improve your salary conditions every year, because here your professional growth also has an economic reflection.
Vacation: you will enjoy 22 working days per year, which can be increased up to 24 days depending on your seniority.
An exceptional working environment: and it is not a cliché. You will join a company where there is practically no turnover and where people stay until their retirement. You will work with a team that supports each other, shares knowledge, and functions as a cohesive unit, even though each professional manages their own portfolio. And the good atmosphere? They truly live it! You will celebrate birthdays in style right in the office and during the working day. In fact, there is a certain competition to make the next birthday even better than the previous one! Additionally, you will be able to enjoy quarterly lunches and dinners by department, because sharing good moments is also part of their culture.
A management that bets on people: you will work under the direction of a young, approachable, prepared manager who is very aware of the current needs of teams. You will have someone who listens to you, understands you, and makes things easier for you, but who, above all, is committed to you being able to develop your potential and feel valued.
A lot of work is done here, but very well, with a high level of professionalism and demand, but also with a very clear philosophy: we want you to grow, enjoy your work, and have a life outside of it.
The role
What if you could work at one of the best consultancy firms in the Balearic Islands without sacrificing your life outside of work? What if, additionally, a good working environment was more than just a nice phrase?
At ySondos we are looking for a PAYROLL AND SOCIAL SECURITY TECHNICIAN to join one of the largest consultancy firms in all of the Balearic Islands, located in Palma de Mallorca.
We are talking about a company that plays in the first division of its sector. A well-established project, with top professionals, a first-class client portfolio and a way of working that is fully up to date.
And it is because they have something very clear here: to offer the best service, you must also have the best teams and take care of the people who make them up.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the comprehensive and autonomous management of your own portfolio of client companies, with a volume of approximately 450 employees (registrations, terminations, social security contributions, payroll, labor advisory, and general administrative procedures).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Training related to Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Social Graduate or similar.
Consolidated experience, at least 3 years, in labor consultancy, managing complete payroll and Social Security processes.
Ability to organize and manage a client portfolio, meet deadlines, and work with rigor and autonomy.
To be a good person and colleague. This is one of the most important requirements!
Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity in our team, and fosters an accessible work environment. If you need adjustments or assistance to participate in the selection process, please do not hesitate to let us know.
We look forward to learning more about your experience and how you can contribute to our team.
