About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Technician for a company located in Hospitalet de Llobregat.

What will be your mission?

You will be part of the Human Resources team, providing support in the daily management of the Personnel Administration and Payroll area, with a key role in ensuring that labor and administrative processes are carried out efficiently, rigorously, and in line with current regulations.

What you'll do

-Full management of the payroll cycle (calculation and review of payrolls, settlements, social security contributions, etc.).

-Management of all social security aspects associated with the payroll cycle (RED System, SILTRA, CASIA, etc.).

-Other labor and social security procedures (contract amendments, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, retirements, etc.).

-Management, calculation, and monitoring of absenteeism and FTEs.

-Management of FIER files. Responding to and resolving payroll queries.

-Collaborating in the implementation of occupational risk prevention protocols.

-Supporting the management of disciplinary files and monitoring the sanctioning regime.

-Actively supporting and collaborating in HR projects and processes related to personnel administration, recruitment, and training.
