Requirements
What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector
-Training in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, or similar
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personnel Administration and Payroll
-Essential proficiency in: A3 Innuva, SILTRA, RED System online, Excel, and office tools
-Basic knowledge of labor regulations
-Organized, proactive person with good communication skills
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
-Contract with TEMPS for a period of two / three months to cover a leave of absence
-Schedule flexibility: entry between 8:00h - 9:30h and exit between 17:00h - 18:30h (45 minutes for lunch)
-Intensive working day every Friday of the year (8h to 15h or 9h to 16h)
-Intensive working day during the summer months of July and August
-Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 gross per year.
The role
We are looking for a Payroll Technician for a company located in Hospitalet de Llobregat.
You will be part of the Human Resources team, providing support in the daily management of the Personnel Administration and Payroll area, with a key role in ensuring that labor and administrative processes are carried out efficiently, rigorously, and in alignment with current regulations.
What you'll do
-Full management of the payroll cycle (calculation and review of payroll, settlements, social security, etc.).
-Management of all social security aspects associated with the payroll cycle (RED System, SILTRA, CASIA, etc.).
-Other labor and social security management (novations, disabilities, maternity/paternity, retirements, etc.).
-Management, calculation, and monitoring of absenteeism and FTEs.
-Management of FIER files. Attend to and resolve payroll inquiries.
-Collaborate in the application of occupational risk prevention protocols.
-Support in the management of disciplinary files and monitoring of the disciplinary regime.
-Actively support and collaborate in HR projects and processes linked to personnel administration, recruitment, and training.
