The role
At GURPEA GROUP, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Technician to reinforce our Human Resources Department.
We are looking for a proactive, organized person with good communication skills, who enjoys identifying talent and managing recruitment processes in a dynamic and industrial environment.
What you'll do
· Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
· Draft, publish, and manage job offers on InfoJobs and LinkedIn.
· Perform active candidate searches through different recruitment channels.
· Manage applications and follow up on processes using our ATS Bizneo HR.
· Screen resumes and conduct telephone, video call, and in-person interviews.
· Evaluate competencies and prepare candidate reports.
· Coordinate interviews with the managers of the different areas.
· Keep the candidate database up to date.
· Collaborate on talent attraction initiatives and the improvement of recruitment processes.
