Housekeeper - Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa

Functions & Responsibilities:

-        Carry out qualified cleaning and tidying of rooms and hallways, as well as the arrangement of guests' belongings, always following the standards, procedures, and manuals established.

-        Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and hallways between guest rooms.

-        Restock specified amenities and stationery in the rooms.

-        Clean and keep the housekeeping pantries tidy (free of beds or other non-storable materials).

-        Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, buff, and generally clean all types of surfaces.

-        Monitor supplies and guest items, and report any issues with facilities or lost property to those responsible.

-        Maintain and respect the order of the storerooms.

-        Be responsible for restocking, organizing, and cleaning the assigned housekeeping cart each day.

-        Provide direct guest service within the scope of the role's duties.

-        Carry out the duties of the linen room and laundry.

-        Collaborate on inventories carried out within the department.

-        Distribute and restock clean linen for room cleaning, as well as transport all trash and dirty linen to the assigned pantry.

-        Leave dirty linen in the corresponding pantry.

-        Report and record in the work report any defects observed in the maintenance of rooms, lounges, or any hotel facility.

-        Always comply with the department's standards and the instructions of supervisors and superiors.

-        Comply with the company's regulations regarding quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and GDPR, and collaborate with the hotel in their fulfillment and continuous improvement.

Funciones & Responsabilidades:

-        Realizar de manera cualificada la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones y pasillos, así como del orden de los objetos de los clientes, siempre siguiendo lo establecido en los estándares, procedimientos y manuales.

-        Limpiar y ordenar las habitaciones, baños y pasillos entre las habitaciones de clientes.

-        Reponer los amenities y material de papelería especificados en las habitaciones.

-        Limpiar y mantener ordenados los Office (libre de camas u otros materiales no almacenables en Office.)

-        Aspirar, barrer, fregar, vitrificar, abrillantar y limpiar en general todo tipo de superficies.

-        Controlar el material, productos de los clientes y comunicar a sus responsables las anomalías en las instalaciones y los objetos perdidos.

-        Mantener y respetar el orden de almacenes

-        Es responsable de la reposición, orden y limpieza del carro de pisos asignado cada día.

-        Realizar la atención directa al cliente en las funciones propias de su área.

-        Realizar las labores propias de lencería y lavandería.

-        Colaborar en la realización de los inventarios que se realicen en el departamento

-        Distribuir y reponer la ropa limpia para la limpieza de habitaciones, así como trasladas toda la basura y ropa sucia para lavado en el office asignado

-        Dejar la ropa sucia en el office correspondiente.

-        Informar y apuntar en el parte de trabajo las deficiencias que observe en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, salones o cualquier instalación del hotel.

-        Cumplir siempre con los estándares del departamento e instrucciones de sus supervisores y superiores.

-        Cumplir con las normas en materia de calidad, medioambiente, prevención de riesgos laborales y RGPD existentes en la empresa y colaborar con el hotel en su cumplimiento y mejora continua.
