Housekeeping Attendant

• Perform the skilled cleaning and tidying of rooms and corridors, as well as the organization of guests' belongings, always following what is established in the standards, procedures, and manuals.
• Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and corridors between guest rooms.
• Replenish the amenities and stationery materials specified in the rooms.
• Clean and keep the Offices tidy (free of beds or other materials that cannot be stored in the Office.)
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, buff, and generally clean all types of surfaces.
• Control the material and guests' products and communicate any anomalies in the facilities and lost items to their supervisors.
• Maintain and respect the order of the warehouses
• Responsible for the replenishment, order, and cleanliness of the floor trolley assigned each day.
• Provide direct customer service within the specific functions of their area.
• Perform tasks related to linen and laundry services.
• Collaborate in the performance of inventories carried out in the department
• Distribute and replenish clean linen for room cleaning, as well as transfer all trash and dirty laundry for washing to the assigned office
• Leave dirty laundry in the corresponding office.
• Report and note in the work report any deficiencies observed in the maintenance of rooms, lounges, or any hotel facility.
• Always comply with the department standards and instructions from supervisors and superiors.
• Comply with the existing regulations regarding quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and GDPR within the company and collaborate with the hotel in their compliance and continuous improvement.
