At Hesperia World we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Lanzarote. This is a strategic position within the Sales Department, focused on business development, key account management, and strengthening relationships with national and international tour operators.
We are looking for a proactive profile, with a strong results orientation, negotiation skills, and market vision, who can contribute to the sustainable growth of the business and the positioning of our properties in the main source markets.
Management and development of relationships with national and international tour operators.
Negotiation and follow-up of commercial agreements and contracts.
Analysis of production, evaluation of results, and identification of improvement opportunities.
Preparation of commercial reports and periodic reports.
Participation in trade fairs, events, and promotional activities in the tourism sector.
Coordination with Revenue for the definition and execution of commercial strategies.
Support for marketing and promotional initiatives.
Prospecting, acquisition, and opening of new clients and markets.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales departments in the hotel sector.
Proven experience in managing tour operator accounts.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (essential). Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
Availability to travel.
Negotiation skills, goal orientation, and a commercial focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate actions with different departments.
