• Handle the reception, welcome, check-in, and check-out of customers.

• Execute customer service duties at the reception.

• Carry out management tasks related to the occupancy, reservation, and sale of pitches.

• Perform tasks related to invoicing and collection from direct customers, and credit for agencies.

• Supervise and monitor the security and rest of the customers.

• Relay telephone calls, correspondence, and messages to customers.

• Carry out the registration, control, and filing of correspondence, invoicing, and department-specific documents.

• Collaborate on advertising measures and actions.

• Perform email operations and other customer service tasks.
