Document processes, configurations, and functional designs.
Participate in digital transformation projects within the PTC department, planning activities, estimating efforts, and monitoring project milestones, ensuring compliance with defined deadlines, scope, and quality.
Coordinate with technical teams, business teams, and external providers.
Stay up to date on the latest SAP versions and updates, ensuring that systems are updated and optimized.
Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules.
Provide functional/technical support and post-implementation incident resolution.
Analyze incidents and determine the solution, evaluating whether it is necessary to pass it to a developer or handle it directly.
Train users in person or via Teams.
