Your mission:

We are looking for an F&B Team Leader to complete our team. Bring out your inner explorer and make our guests enjoy the most authentic Madrid.

What will you do in your day-to-day with us?

- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they enjoy a pleasant experience.
- Coordinate and supervise food and beverage inventory, including receiving, storage, and stock control.
- Manage the department's procurement, placing orders, supervising the receipt of goods, and ensuring their correct preservation.
- Supervise the daily balancing and closing of the dining room POS cash drawer, and deliver the report to Reception for verification.
- Direct, supervise, and plan the activities of the staff under their charge.
Train the team in operating procedures, customer service, and quality standards.
- Place orders for products necessary for the operation of the service.
- Assist the supervisor in the division and assignment of staff across the different outlets, ensuring an efficient distribution according to workload, schedules, and operational needs.
- Perform grooming checks on the team to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
