The Hyatt family in our two hotels continues to grow, and we are looking for a Revenue intern to join our two 5* hotels in the heart of Madrid.
The main task is to help and support the team with daily and general administrative tasks, some of which are:
- Pricing & Yield Management: ensuring that RMS/Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and decisions are implemented across all channels/systems (restrictions, Overbooking, allocation, price changes, rate parity, etc.).
- Channel Maintenance: opening/closing, adjusting FIT/tour operator rates and availability through the Channel Manager (or operator extranets), maintaining and updating the Channel Manager accordingly (where applicable).
- Rate Management: loading new rate requests (per SLA), including, among others: negotiated corporate rates, FIT/tour operator, group rates, pricing structure, room types, external partner implementation, loyalty offers, promotional activities, etc.
- Performing analysis on the overall competition and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market and its trends.
- Working closely and consistently with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office departments.
- Supervising Reservations and Front Office performance to ensure effective performance.
- Attending DBR (Daily Business Review) and WBR (Weekly Business Review) meetings.
- Ensuring rate parity across channels and the correct deployment of rates.
