The role

What you'll do

Functions:

Line Maintenance of Aircraft (faults, troubleshooting, and work within the scope of the MOE).
Ensure the quality of Iberia Line Maintenance services. Oversee aircraft availability and technical punctuality.
Perform work on aircraft, at the Line Maintenance level.
Properly use all company equipment, including company-provided vehicles.
Ensure proper updating of aeronautical training provided by the company.
Report periodically on all work performed during the shift.
Comply with all internal rules and guidelines provided by the company, with special attention to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the position.

Work context:

Iberia aims to grow from the current 45 long-haul aircraft to 70, to help Barajas become a major hub on par with major European ones. It will also renew its short- and medium-haul fleet. The company plans to incorporate new A350, A321XLR, and potentially A330NEO aircraft from the order recently announced by IAG, which will be distributed among the group's airlines.
