About the role

Your role at Iberia:

As a Process Engineering Technician, you will develop and modify technical instructions for repairing parts across various engine fleets. You will be part of the Repair Engineering area within the Engine Division, which is primarily responsible for developing new repairs, reviewing and updating the technical documentation of the engine manufacturer's manual so that the Repair areas can follow the technical instructions, meeting the traceability and quality levels required in the sector.

What you'll do

Your challenges:

  • Development of Repair Processes (creation of a repair options matrix, development of work sheets, etc.)
  • Adaptation of processes to Ramco
  • Review of assigned repair processes for the different fleets
  • Development of work schemes
  • Preparation of inquiries to the Manufacturer
  • Provide technical and documentary support to the workshop on a daily basis.
  • Fulfill the duties of the position within the section's target TAT.

What we're looking for

Your knowledge:

- Advanced vocational training in the Mechanical Manufacturing branch (Production programming in mechanical manufacturing, Metal structures, Design in mechanical manufacturing)

Nice to have

- Technical knowledge: Turbine engines, materials, special processes (Welding, Thermal Spray, Heat Treatments, machining, etc.).

- Knowledge and handling of the Engine Manual

- Intermediate/Advanced English (read, written, and spoken)
