Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 5+ years' experience in hospitality interior design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led and creative hospitality projects
  • Advanced knowledge of hospitality materials, finishes and styling trends
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Knowledge of FF\&E specification, procurement and installation processes
  • Fluent English is required

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury hospitality projects is preferred
  • Greek and/or Spanish would be an advantage
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative design capability
  • Sensitivity to guest experience and hospitality storytelling
  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
  • Strong awareness of materiality, finishes and styling
  • Analytical thinking and confident problem-solving ability
  • A collaborative, proactive and organised approach

The role

Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented interior design professional to support the development of compelling hospitality concepts for our resorts. In this role, you will help shape the look and feel of guest spaces through mood boards, material palettes, storytelling presentations and concept imagery, contributing to the emotional identity and experiential quality of each project.

You will work closely with Architecture, Design & Technical, and Delivery teams to develop early-stage design ideas, support space planning studies and guest journey concepts, and translate project vision into clear, engaging visual communication. You will also help prepare concept presentations, layouts, sketches, renderings and other design documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all outputs reflect brand standards, quality expectations and the distinct character of Sani/Ikos Group.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation of interior design concepts for hospitality projects
  • Developing mood boards, material palettes, storytelling presentations and concept imagery
  • Contributing to space planning studies, guest journey concepts and design narratives
  • Researching hospitality trends, luxury references, materials, finishes, furniture and styling approaches
  • Benchmarking competitor projects and emerging market trends to support innovation and differentiation
  • Preparing concept presentations, layouts, sketches, renderings and visual design documentation
  • Supporting presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Ensuring creative outputs align with project vision, brand standards and quality expectations
  • Coordinating with Architecture, Design & Technical and Delivery teams during concept phases
  • Supporting the transition from concept to design development
  • Contributing to the evolution of the Group's hospitality interior design language and product identity
