Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years' experience in hotel revenue and/or distribution systems management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS, Duetto RMS or similar revenue management systems, CRS platforms such as SynXis, channel managers and OTA integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems and priorities.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

The role

Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Commercial Systems Senior Manager to strengthen the performance, governance and evolution of our commercial technology ecosystem. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Revenue Management Director, you will lead the Revenue Systems and Distribution Systems teams, ensuring our platforms, processes and partnerships work seamlessly to support commercial excellence across the business.

This is a highly collaborative role for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of hotel revenue and distribution technologies, strong leadership capability and a passion for operational rigour. You will help shape how our systems support pricing, availability, connectivity and revenue strategy across our growing portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach and coordinate the Revenue Systems and Distribution Systems teams, promoting clear priorities, effective collaboration and consistent delivery.
  • Oversee system governance and configuration across RMS, PMS, CRS and channel management platforms, including rate plans, pricing rules, room types, restrictions and related data integrity.
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of commercial data across connected systems, supporting reliable pricing and availability execution.
  • Manage cross-functional projects such as new hotel onboardings, system rollouts, upgrades, integrations and automation improvements.
  • Partner closely with the Revenue Management Director, commercial leadership, Commercial, IT, Operations and external vendors to align technical capabilities with business needs.
  • Monitor channel and pricing performance, conduct audits and parity checks, and resolve high-impact issues affecting rate visibility, availability and commercial delivery.
  • Support the development of scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen control and enhance the guest and business experience.
  • Create and maintain training materials, documentation and best-practice guidance to support both teams and the wider commercial function.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying risks, opportunities and process enhancements across revenue and distribution systems.
