Requirements

What we're looking for

You hold a certified Yoga and/or Pilates instructor qualification (internationally recognized certification required), and previous experience in a luxury hospitality or wellness environment is highly desirable. You possess excellent knowledge of anatomy, breathing techniques, and safe exercise practices, with the ability to adapt sessions to individual needs, fitness levels, and any health considerations. You are fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an asset. Finally, you demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction, wellness, and a positive lifestyle approach.

Sports & Recreation: Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Locations: Spain Estepona, Mallorca

From Fitness Instructors to Recreation Coordinators, our Sports & Recreation Team delivers exceptional experiences for all sports lovers. Making a positive impact on guests' overall well-being is at the core of what we do.

What you'll do

Program Delivery: Conduct structured yoga and Pilates sessions tailored to guests of all ages and fitness levels, incorporating group classes and private lessons.

Training Sessions: Prepare, organize, and deliver engaging sessions that focus on flexibility, strength, balance, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

Guest Engagement: Actively promote yoga and Pilates programs, encouraging guest participation and fostering a positive, mindful atmosphere.

Facility Upkeep: Ensure that all studio or outdoor practice areas are clean, safe, and properly set up according to Health & Safety standards.

Equipment Care: Oversee the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and security of yoga and Pilates equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps.
