Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Experience in IT project coordination, functional consulting, business analysis, or enterprise application implementation, with participation in their execution and delivery.

  • Ability to understand processes, specify needs, and communicate clearly with both technical profiles and business users.

  • Sufficient technical foundation to analyze solutions, understand how tools relate, and evaluate alternatives alongside the team. An advanced programming profile is not required.

  • Organization and judgment to manage several projects and requests in parallel, anticipate problems, and maintain follow-up.

  • Ability to review deliverables, question inconsistencies, and verify that a solution resolves the need for which it was created.

  • Knowledge of ecommerce, retail, fashion, or similar sectors, and of B2B and B2C operations.

Nice to have

  • Experience coordinating or leading teams. It is not essential to have held a formal people management position, but rather to have the capacity to organize, align, and support the work of others.

  • Knowledge of Odoo, especially from a functional perspective: understanding its possibilities and how to apply them to business processes.

  • Experience with Shopify, n8n, and SQL, applied to ecommerce, automation, and data querying or validation.

  • Education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

You do not need to master all these tools. We are interested in your ability to understand the business, evaluate solutions, and drive projects through to a working delivery.

  • Flexible hours for arrival and departure and intensive shifts on Fridays.

  • Flexible compensation.

  • Office lunch service with special prices.

  • Two external discount platforms (leisure, hospitality, wellness, etc.)

  • Free product every season (also for your birthday!) and exclusive discounts on our brands.

The role

Project and process coordination · Assistant to IT Management

At Illice Brands Group, a fashion and lifestyle group with brands such as D.Franklin, Kalk, and Conguitos, we are looking for an IT Project & Delivery Manager to work alongside IT Management in the coordination of technological projects and the improvement of company processes.

You will have a transversal view of the business and an active role in team organization, connecting the needs of different areas with solutions that add value in an ecommerce, B2B, and B2C environment.

What you'll do

Ensure that business needs are translated into well-defined projects, clear priorities, and reliable deliveries. You will accompany the team from initial analysis through to testing and production deployment, with direct reporting to IT Management.

  • Coordinate the daily activity of the IT team: organize tasks, track progress, and detect blockers, aligning priorities with IT Management.

  • Connect technology and business: gather requests from teams, understand the underlying process, and convert them into clear requirements, delegating them where appropriate.

  • Participate in the definition of solutions: evaluate alongside the team when it is best to leverage an existing functionality, automate a process, or develop a solution.

  • Drive deliveries: coordinate deadlines, dependencies, and responsible parties so that projects advance and respond to the stated needs.

  • Organize functional testing: define what must be validated, coordinate testing with the team and users, and verify that solutions are ready for production.

  • Provide insight on data: review that reports and visualizations are coherent, understandable, and useful for decision-making.

  • Keep IT Management informed: communicate project status, risks, needs, and pending decisions.
