Commercial Coordinator

· Study the market for new customer acquisition. Develop an action plan to achieve the commercial objectives set by management.

· Study the needs of each potential client. Prepare proposals/offers according to their needs, complying with the commercial procedure. Consult the territorial director, washing plant, and minimum price to offer. Present the economic offer to the client. Negotiate conditions/prices to achieve contract signing, always under supervision and within the parameters established by each of the managers of the sectors to which I provide commercial support.

· Follow and control the evolution of clients in the different sectors assigned to my charge in the Central Zone. Coordinate with the Directors of the Hotel, Hospital, and

Social-Healthcare sectors the actions to be carried out to ensure better customer service.

· Work while maintaining the order of all documentation produced at all times, using the tools that the company makes available to the area.

· Analyze assigned accounts to see evolution in both volumes and average prices. Stay alert for any changes, such as new openings or hotel closures within said accounts.

· Manage the implementation with said chains in the case of a new chain and/or the expansion of a new hotel within said chain. Prepare addenda, Profitability Studies, etc.

· Support the local commercial team with new onboardings, providing all support, starting with Local Sales, Plant Management, and Territorial Management.

· Together with the Customer Satisfaction Department, provide responses to Large Accounts regarding the solutions provided for potential incidents.

· Establish maintenance and operational meetings to negotiate new agreements, both for agreement extensions and new rates, always involving the Hotel Sector Management.

· Keep all Large Account documentation up to date at all times, i.e., Framework Agreements, Hotel-by-Hotel Addenda, Provision Sheets, etc.

Experience: between 1 and 3 years

IT knowledge: Advanced IT knowledge, Office suite, SAP, and CRM
