Job position: TELEASSISTANCE COORDINATOR MAJADAHONDA

Responsibilities:

• Direct and fluid communication with public administrations.
• Reception and registration of new admissions sent by the managed administrations.
• Reception and registration of discharges sent by the managed administrations.
• Initial contact and follow-up of the user through home visits and/or telephone calls.
• Physical, psychological and social assessment of users using standardized scales.
• Making follow-up telephone calls.
• Control of admissions/discharges and installations carried out. Preparation of monthly closings.

Functions:

• Inherent to the position.
• Management and coordination of the services of the different administrations managed by the group. As well as carrying out the home visits required.
• Ability to travel and manage the service from the service offices (Vallecas, Majadahonda, Leganés).
• User follow-up.
• Inter-institutional communication and coordination.
• Technical and administrative management.

Working hours: full-time, alternating morning/afternoon shifts (09:00-15:00 and/or 15:00-21:00). Possibility of working alternate weekends per month.

Type of contract: temporary (initially 3/4 months with possibility of permanent).
