What you'll do

Responsibilities:  Managing calls through the computer system, both in terms of care and intervention as well as administrative management and maintenance of those calls.

Duties (detailed breakdown):

  • Making follow-up calls.
  • Responding to queries raised by users.
  • Making calls of other agenda types to the user, such as courtesy calls, medication reminders, calls at the user's request, confirmation of hospital admission-discharge, absence-suspension, and emergency follow-up.
  • Creating, consulting and modifying agendas when required.
  • Handling and updating social and healthcare data in the management application.
  • Informing, following up, and registering users on topics of interest proposed by the contracting Administration and/or ILUNION Sociosanitario.
  • Registering, tracking and updating users' temporary movements in the service.
  • Recording social and healthcare data and any other data related to service and/or user information in the management application.
  • Managing and handling technical calls and alarms.
  • Answering the external telephone line.
