-Uniformity client management:

User sizing.

Definition of wardrobes and lockers.

Planning of new implementations

Service implementation (support in garment labeling and locker installation)

Resolution of incidents and contingencies with the client and communication of the status/resolution.

Documenting the status and history of incidents and actions with the client.

Weekly sending to clients of the management performed regarding their Uniformity.

Periodic visits to clients

-Customer Service:
Daily telephone and email service regarding possible incidents, inquiries, or requests that may arise from our clients.

Preparation of the call summary and transfer to the line manager and the commercial department.

-Administrative management:

Daily telephone and email service regarding possible incidents, inquiries, or requests that may arise from our clients. Preparation of the call summary and transfer to the line manager and the commercial department.

-Process control and monitoring (sorting-dispatch-logistics):

Checking of clothing entry into the plant

Checking of client sorting (honeycomb).

Checking of dispatch.

Checking of sewing process.

Control of new wardrobe entry.

Control of clothing stocks per client.

Control of orders per client.

Control of shrinkage per client.

Monitoring and support in the preparation of daily clothing dispatch notes

Compliance with quality standards, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention (PRL)
