In this journey of growth, we want to add your talent and have you join us as a Senior Uniformity Technician in the Textile & Customer Care department, with the opportunity to join the Madrid team.
What you'll do
You will be a key piece in managing the end customer, resolving incidents through action plans, and working with suppliers, knowing both existing and new products. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Management of large account implementations and strategic projects.
- Management of the client portal and the uniformity client portal.
- Resolution of incidents, action plans, and coordination with workplaces and large accounts.
- Management of the operations within the Customer Management department. Support to the commercial department.
- Technical product prescription for the commercial team.
- Training on management tools and client portals for the different teams.
- Management of best practices in production centers.
