• Previous experience in administrative tasks within the Human Resources or Personnel Administration area.

• Basic knowledge of labor management (payrolls, contracts, sick leaves, time recording, etc.).

• Bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish.

• Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office package.

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle to get to the workplace (the company provides a vehicle for work-related travel).

• Organized, resourceful person with communication skills and ease in dealing with people.

From the Barcelona office, we need to hire an HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for an important company located in Terrassa.

What will your duties be?

• Attending to and having direct contact with workers to resolve labor-related queries.

• Coordinating with the payroll agency for the preparation of payrolls.

• Reviewing and verifying payrolls.

• Managing and controlling employee loans.

• Coordinating with the payroll agency to resolve labor-related doubts.

• Contacting the mutual insurance company and following up on sick leaves.

• Supervising the occupational risk prevention service (outsourced).

• Supervising and controlling the time recording system.

• Preparing documentation for new hires and employment contracts, in coordination with the advisory firm.

• Managing the onboarding process for new employees.

• Managing and following up on wage garnishments.

• Initial contact with candidates and coordinating interviews with the different work centers.

What do we offer?

• Permanent contract, full-time.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break.
