Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Brand Management, or similar.
More than 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand communication within the automotive sector in Europe.
Experience with electric vehicle brands will be especially valued.
Experience in the integral planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media management, and public relations.
Knowledge of the European market, its media outlets, and the particularities of its consumers.
Fluent English; knowledge of other European languages will be valued.
Analytical capacity, creativity, intercultural communication skills, and project management.
Availability to travel throughout Europe.

At Grupo IMAN, we are looking for a Brand and Promotion Manager to lead the positioning and promotion strategy for passenger electric vehicles in the European market. The selected person will be responsible for adapting the brand's identity and communication to different markets, driving its recognition, reputation, and commercial growth.

What you'll do

Design and implement the marketing, brand positioning, and communication strategy in Europe.
Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns, promotional actions, events, trade fairs, and test drives.
Adapt communication strategies to the cultural and consumer particularities of the different European markets.
Manage social media and coordinate the creation of content and promotional materials.
Collaborate with media outlets, advertising agencies, public relations, and other local providers.
Analyze market trends, competition, and campaign results to optimize the budget and return on investment.
Coordinate with sales teams to drive business opportunity generation and sales.
Ensure the consistency of the visual identity and brand image across all markets.
