About the role
We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Alicante. You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Take care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are kept in top condition by monitoring maintenance and handling repairs as needed;
- Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
- Book activities, manage stock, coordinate with local suppliers, and oversee cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to keep operations running smoothly;
- Prepare and clean our campervans;
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing them and presenting them to potential buyers.
What we're looking for
- You are fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory);
- You are eligible to work in Spain, hold a valid driver's license, and are confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
