The role
From the Operations line of Inetum Norte, we need to incorporate several 24x7 Systems Operator profiles into our delegation.
The selected individuals will integrate into one of our teams located in Bilbao, to be part of an Operation / NOC team.
Brief description of the duties to be performed:
- Continuous monitoring of critical infrastructure and management of alarms and incidents through supervision tools and operation platforms.
- Initial diagnosis, remote resolution, and escalation of incidents related to systems, communications, management platforms, and distributed technological equipment.
- Management and tracking of tickets, application of operating procedures, coordination with specialized teams, and updating of associated technical documentation.
- Coordination with manufacturers, telecommunications operators, and external providers for incident resolution and service recovery.
- Participation in the 24x7 operation of the service, guaranteeing compliance with response times and established procedures.
