About the role

You will join the Production team within the Supply Chain department at Innovamat. Your mission will be to ensure the correct implementation of our materials and processes across all projects. You will be a key player in operational coordination, ensuring deliveries are made with quality, on time, and in the proper form. Specifically, you will handle production cost calculations and be the direct contact for our suppliers. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external teams to anticipate potential challenges and propose solutions that optimize production.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and oversee the production cycle of materials and resources, ensuring their availability and quality.

  • Identify operational needs and turn challenges into effective solutions.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Didactics, Content, Operations, Tech...) to ensure consistency and excellence in the final product.

  • Interpret and document production requirements in our management tools (e.g., Airtable, Google Sheets).

  • Track production KPIs and propose improvements to optimize processes.

  • Participate in coordination meetings with different areas, ensuring alignment on deadlines and quality of deliverables.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement, bringing ideas and proposals that strengthen team efficiency.
