Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience managing the full payroll cycle.
Knowledge of labor hiring and personnel administration.
Experience performing communications and procedures with Social Security.
Knowledge in the preparation and filing of payroll-related taxes.
Experience or interest in performing accounting entries associated with the payroll process.
Intermediate level of Excel, with the ability to work with databases and reports.
Intermediate level of English, both oral and written.

Nice to have

Experience with A3Innuva Nómina is valued.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors is valued.

The role

Inspired Education is looking to incorporate a Payroll Technician to join the Human Resources team at its headquarters in Madrid. This is a permanent, full-time position, ideal for a professional with experience in personnel administration and the full payroll cycle who wants to develop their career within a leading international education group.

This position offers the possibility of teleworking for a maximum of 2 days per week.

What you'll do

Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned employees. Prepare and review payroll, settlements, arrears, and salary incidents.
Manage registrations, terminations, data variations, and other communications with Social Security.
Prepare and manage employment contracts and associated documentation. Collaborate in the preparation and filing of taxes and labor obligations.
Perform reconciliations and support the preparation of accounting entries related to payroll.
Keep employee information up to date in the HR management systems.
Resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, hiring, and personnel administration.
Prepare reports and statements using Excel and other corporate tools.
Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and the company's internal policies.
Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects within the HR area.
