Requirements
What we're looking for
- Education: Higher Degree in Quality Analysis and Control or higher qualification.
- Experience (years/area): +1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory (GMP and pharmacopoeia) in the laboratory area.
- Experience in physical properties techniques (PSD, DSC, rheometry, etc.).
- Technical skills: ability to work in a regulated environment (GMP).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Office Software at a user level and intermediate English level (spoken and written).
- Personal skills: good organizational and problem-solving capacity, teamwork, initiative, and decision-making.
- Availability to travel occasionally within Spain.

The role
Position: R&D Physical Properties Analyst
Location: Azuqueca de Henares.
Experience: at least 1 year in similar roles
What you'll do
Use different analytical techniques (DSC, PSD, TGA, DVS, SSA-BET, optical microscope, viscometer...) on APIs, excipients, and finished products, under a GMP environment in accordance with Standards and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilitate decision-making for superiors. All this while taking into account the safety standards indicated by the company and the use of personal protective equipment provided based on the risks of each operation.
- Perform analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.
- Perform analyses related to analytical method validations.
- Perform analyses for the characterization of various products.
- Evaluation, reporting of data and results.
- Follow the established documentation for the execution of tasks in the Laboratory (standard operating procedures, supporting documentation, manuals, etc.) and GxP working systems.
- Contribute to guaranteeing the training control status required in your area of responsibility (specific technique, GxP, safety, etc.).
- Collaborate in maintaining the proper state of order and cleanliness of the Laboratory.
- Manage and organize your own work, reagents, materials, and laboratory standards.
- Follow work rules (including order and cleanliness) and established procedures.
- Participate in investigations, OOS.
