Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Automation, Mechanics, or similar.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance within a production environment.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, interpretation of technical documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Organized and proactive profile, with the ability to work in a team and an orientation toward continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP PM or CMMS systems is valued.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and supervision of work in the plant.
- Participation in improvement projects and equipment installation.
The role
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Contribute to the reduction of unplanned downtime and the improvement of equipment reliability.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of technical improvements in the plant.
- Supervise work from external providers, guaranteeing quality and safety.
- Collaborate in the management of the technical warehouse and spare parts control.
- Participate in the updating of technical documentation and support maintenance management.
How you'll work
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time.
- On-site position in Tres Cantos
- Occasional travel, mainly to other companies within the group, for the exchange of best practices.
- Benefits currently planned:
- Schedule with real flexibility for arrival between 7:00 and 9:30.
- €11/day in per diems in addition to salary.

At Algenex, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance activities and technical support in the plant, ensuring equipment availability, the correct execution of preventive maintenance, and the continuous improvement of the facilities.
