What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and DevOps.
Minimum 3 years in technology consulting or SDLC/ALM process and standards definition.
Demonstrable experience in:
- Assessment and improvement of SDLC processes.
- Definition of target development models.
- Governance and standardization of engineering processes.
- Large-scale corporate environments.
Experience in:
- Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
- GitOps.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Terraform and Ansible.

We are looking for a Senior SDLC / DevSecOps Consultant to participate in a strategic technological transformation project within the insurance sector. The selected person will lead the definition and implementation of a new software development model assisted by generative AI, collaborating closely with architecture, development, security, and infrastructure teams.

This is a position with a combination of consulting, process definition, development architecture, and DevSecOps, oriented towards the evolution of the software lifecycle and the adoption of artificial intelligence capabilities in development processes.
