Grupo IskayPet is born from the union of the Kiwoko ecosystems (physical and online stores, Mundo Belleza grooming salons, and Kivet Veterinary Centers) and Tiendanimal (physical and online stores, Salón de Belleza grooming salons, and Clinicanimal Veterinary Centers) following the acquisition by EMEFIN, a Peruvian family business group with over 80 years of experience in retail. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Corporate Purchasing Administrator in the Finance department, for the Procurement area, for our Madrid offices.

What you'll do

Support the implementation of a Procure To Pay system transversal to all companies in the group.
Operational management of orders registered in the ERP.
Analysis of costs and budgets for their area.
Order follow-up, guaranteeing compliance with delivery dates, and claims with suppliers. Incident resolution.
Documentary and administrative management and compliance with processes and policies.
Collaboration and communication with the different departments of the company (people, marketing, operations, legal) in search of the global optimum.
Contract management.
