What you'll do

Requesting quotes and asking suppliers for prices.
Comparison of budgets and purchasing conditions to identify the most suitable options.
Preparation, registration, and sending of orders to suppliers.
Follow-up of orders and control of delivery deadlines.
Contact with suppliers to confirm availability, delivery dates, and resolve possible incidents.
Management and follow-up of incidents related to orders, deliveries, and pending materials.
Updating purchasing information in the management system.
Coordination with other departments to guarantee the availability of necessary materials.
Filing and control of department documentation.
