CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation.
• Solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio...)
• Knowledge of SQL (intermediate level) for segmentation and data exploitation.
• Experience analyzing campaigns and working with business KPIs, good level of Excel.

• Knowledge of AMPScript for advanced personalization.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.

We are currently looking for a person for the position of CRM Automation Specialist in the Marketing & Customer department for our Málaga or Madrid offices.

• Campaign and calendar management:
  • Coordinate the communications calendar alongside the CRM Manager.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push).
  • Generation of briefings and participation in the definition of interesting content for the customer, ensuring the quality and consistency of communications with the brand's Value Proposition (content, tone...)
• Journeys & Automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Define and build advanced segmentations using SQL.
• Personalization and segmentation:
  • Campaign personalization (valuable knowledge of AMPScript).
  • Audience management: definition and creation of segments.
• Analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement:
  • Management and continuous improvement of the main KPIs of the area: OR%, CTR%, CR%, Revenue, Retention, ROI...
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Implement continuous improvements through A/B testing.
