Requirements
Experience in sellingreal estate includingluxurynewdevelopments.
An understanding of how off plan sales are structured
Accustomed to selling toHNWI'sand investors
A soundknowledge of new developmentson the Costa del Sol
Excellentcommunicationand relationship building skills
Strong organisational skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Accustomed to working with CRMsand lead tracking
Must have a validdriving license and car
Responsibilities
Contactingand followingup onnewinquiriesandreportingon progresstomanagement
Building relationships with newandexistingclients
Close dealsin a professional manner
Conduct client viewings and presentations on-site
Package
Onsite near Fuengirola
Basic of €1,500 plussales commissions
