We have a culture that we are proud of and that has been an important part of our growth. Now we need to preserve the best of it while building something new: a Group culture capable of connecting companies, countries, teams, and different ways of working around a common identity.

That is why we are looking for a Global Head of People & Culture.

The position will have responsibility for People & Culture for the entire knowmad mood Group, although due to its dimension and weight within the organization, it will have an especially relevant focus on Spain.

We are not simply looking for the person to lead Human Resources.

We are looking for someone to help us build the organization that knowmad mood needs for its next stage.

Lead and evolve the People & Culture strategy of knowmad mood, driving both the operational excellence of People, especially in Spain, and the progressive construction of a global model for the entire Group.

You will work directly with the CEO, Group Management, Country Managers, and business leaders, leading a People team and acting as a strategic partner in the company's main growth and transformation challenges.

Your responsibility will encompass the definition of the talent and culture strategy, the development of leaders and organizational capabilities, the integration of acquired companies, talent mobility between countries and businesses, and the consolidation of a common identity that combines global coherence with local autonomy.

The objective will be twofold: make People work better and better today and build the global organization we will need tomorrow, accompanying the evolution of knowmad mood towards an increasingly connected, scalable, and people-oriented international group.

• Define and lead the People & Culture strategy for Spain and the Group, driving the professionalization, scalability, and evolution of the organization, balancing a common global identity with the autonomy of each business and country.

• Strengthen and evolve the corporate culture, preserving the closeness, agility, and people orientation that characterize knowmad mood, reinforcing the sense of belonging and building a shared culture at an international level.

• Lead the People dimension in M&A and integration processes, facilitating the incorporation of new companies, teams, and cultures, designing integration models that enhance collaboration and enrich the Group's identity.

• Drive talent development and leadership, evolving performance models, career plans, training, succession, and executive development, with a special focus on managers and key professionals.

• Promote mobility and internal talent growth, facilitating opportunities between companies, projects, and geographies, and contributing to the construction of a true global internal talent market.

• Guarantee People operational excellence, supervising the main people management processes: employee lifecycle, performance, development, training, engagement, employee experience, compensation, benefits, People Operations, and People Analytics.

• Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with the CEO, Management, Country Managers, and business leaders to anticipate organizational, leadership, and talent needs, supporting decision-making through data analysis and People insights.
