What you'll do

  • Coordinate the operational relationship with the technical sponsor and the retail provider, ensuring proper planning, monitoring, and execution of agreements related to the area.

  • Ensure premium customer service, consistent with the strategy defined by the Club and focused on delivering an excellent shopping experience across all channels.
  • Reduce operational dependence on the external provider, bringing greater internal control over retail management, results tracking, and business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Director in monitoring retail activity and coordinating initiatives related to commercial revenue.
  • Manage daily communication with suppliers and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and proper alignment with the Club's objectives.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in positions related to the retail area.
  • Experience in product management, stock, points of sale, merchandising, or commercial activity monitoring.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Intermediate level of English, equivalent to B2, for communication with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce will be positively valued.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, track sales, and manage budgets or commercial forecasts.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with external suppliers.
