The role

We are looking for a person with a commercial focus and results orientation, capable of managing bookings and opportunities from multiple channels, providing analysis and vision to drive revenue. With a high capacity for organization and communication, they will be a key point in the customer experience, internal coordination, and loyalty.

What you'll do

• Management of stay bookings through various external channels and platforms.

• Management of additional space bookings, contributing to the growth of the new business area.

• Contribution to the analysis of customer types and bookings for commercial prospecting.

• Maintaining high levels of customer commitment and satisfaction with a focus on loyalty.

• Constant communication and coordination with all departments to facilitate the booking and contracting of our spaces and services.

• Management of a high volume of customer interactions (email, telephone, and platforms), being one of the company's main points of contact.
