What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in motor claims processing
Competencies in conflict resolution and decision-making
Communication skills and customer orientation

Nice to have

Knowledge of home claims processing
Previous experience in customer service positions
Vocational Training or University degree

The role

Process motor material damage claims with customers.

The selected person will be responsible for attending to policyholders by telephone regarding declared motor claims. Both in cases where compensation and/or repair is required, and when the customer wishes to speak with Línea Directa. They will report to a motor claims supervisor. Their functions will be:

Receiving and/or making calls for customer service and processing.
Review of surveys and repair estimates.
Resolution of complex cases from the customer's point of view.
Authorization of payments.
Management of compensations derived from processing.
