Position 1: Afternoon Shift (24.37 h/week): Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays from 15:00 to 20:30, and Sundays from 14:30 to 19:30.
One free weekend per month is guaranteed, with weekly rest days set on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Contract: replacement due to medical leave.
Position 2: Afternoon Shift (21.5 h/week): position with rotating shifts in a 5-week cycle according to the roster:
Schedule: usual time slot: from 15:00 to 20:30 (Monday to Saturday) and from 14:30 to 19:30 (Sundays).
Contract: temporary contract for holiday coverage.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Gallery Assistant / Customer Service Assistant to join a prominent museum in Madrid.
Your main role will be to ensure an excellent experience for users and visitors during their tour of the center, ensuring the correct functioning of the rooms and the engagement of the public.
Care for the experience and preservation of heritage: ensure the protection of pieces, materials, and spaces of permanent and temporary exhibitions, reporting any incidents.
Coordinate opening and closing operations: execute daily protocols for the opening and closing of the center, including turning on and off devices or exhibition elements.
Guide and control access: control access to the rooms and manage the circulation of visitors and groups, providing information on the location of exhibition areas, services, and activities.
Provide information and distribute educational material: handle basic inquiries about the exhibitions and ensure the correct distribution of pedagogical materials and audio guides.
