What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or related areas. Complementary training in administrative management, tax regulations, or ERP tools is valued.
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Proficiency in office software tools.

The role

Your mission will be to guarantee local administration processes according to established procedures, the guidelines of your superior, and in collaboration with the departments involved in said processes, for their correct implementation. Likewise, you must guarantee compliance with corporate finance criteria, compliance with defined policies, as well as the availability of the necessary information.

What you'll do

Ensure and review compliance with local administration criteria and procedures.
Ensure the implementation of the desired corporate culture within your scope of action, ensuring compliance with the good practice and compliance policies in force at MSM.
Comply with the corporate procedures and policies set forth regarding administrative management.
Identify, manage, and resolve incidents with both internal and external clients (billing incidents, etc.).
Attend to information needs and claims from internal and external clients regarding expense information, commercial conditions, etc.
