MISSION

To ensure efficiency in the processing of administrative tasks in the warehouse office, as well as to perform support operations to guarantee the correct development of operations in accordance with the quality objectives set with the client.

FUNCTIONS
✓ Manage customer orders, both incoming and outgoing, entering the necessary information into Taisa's own system and the
customer's system.
✓ Register in the Booking application the carriers accessing the facilities.
✓ Generate the necessary legal documentation to provide to both internal and external carriers.
✓ Creation and maintenance of non-MSM masters in the system.
✓ Agree with the handling provider on the necessary resources and handling deadlines
✓ Generate and report stock level KPIs to the warehouse supervisor
✓ Verify and ensure the correct alignment between the customer's system and our own system.
✓ Lead jointly with the rest of the delegation the implementation and monitoring of the SEM
✓ Manage packaging returns to suppliers
✓ Report Chep/LPR pallet movements
✓ Ensure the implementation and compliance with OSH, Environment and quality regulations and policies within their scope of
responsibility.
