What we're looking for
- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent conversational English level.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in management positions within SMEs or companies in the service sector.
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of administrative, financial, and tax processes.
- Advanced proficiency in corporate ERPs (Business Central, SAP, JD Edwards, or equivalents).
- Solid knowledge of accounting, management control, and Spanish tax regulations.

The role
Your mission will be to be responsible for the direction, coordination, and control of all administrative, financial, tax, and accounting activities of the company Servitel (Decoration and tableware services for the hospitality sector).
Reporting directly to General Management and managing a team of approximately 12 people, guaranteeing efficiency in internal processes and compliance with tax and accounting obligations.
What you'll do
- Direct and supervise the accounting, treasury, tax, administration, and management control areas.
- Coordinate and optimize administrative, financial, tax, and reporting processes, promoting digitalization and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain operating and internal control procedures.
- Implement and supervise the financial and customer risk management policy.
- Prepare monthly and annual accounting and financial closings.
- Prepare and supervise budgets, treasury forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Lead the implementation or improvement of ERPs (preferably Business Central, SAP, or JD Edwards).
- Coordinate the relationship with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial entities.
- Supervise compliance with tax obligations, coordinating the preparation and filing of taxes with external advisors.
- Develop and motivate the team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
