Production Center Manager and Support

Coordinate and execute assigned purchasing processes, as well as other support processes for the industrial activities of the production center itself in accordance with established procedures, with the aim of contributing to its correct operation.

1. Execute the purchasing needs for supplies, materials, and services

Process the needs for supplies, materials, and services requested by the different areas of the center, requesting quotes and managing orders in accordance with established procedures, with the aim of facilitating the availability of the resources necessary for the activity.

Follow up on orders from their processing until the receipt of material or the provision of the service, coordinating with the requesting areas and suppliers to manage possible incidents, with the aim of contributing to the fulfillment of established deadlines and conditions.

3. Provide support in the operational coordination of suppliers and service companies

Maintain operational communication with suppliers and service companies to monitor assigned needs, documentation, and possible incidents, with the aim of facilitating the correct provision of the services required by the center.

4. Manage the documentation and administrative procedures of the center

Prepare, update, archive, and monitor documentation, records, certificates, and procedures associated with the center's activity, including administrative management with local organizations, with the aim of ensuring the availability and traceability of the required documentation.

5. Provide support for the management of the center's General Services

Process and monitor needs related to spaces, facilities, and support services of the center, coordinating the necessary actions with suppliers and internal areas, with the aim of contributing to the correct functioning of daily activity.

6. Attend to the administrative and logistical needs of the center's areas

Provide support in the management of meetings, reservations, shipments, materials, and other administrative and logistical needs required by the different areas, with the aim of facilitating the development of their activity.

7. Provide support for the organization of visits, events, and institutional activities

Perform the necessary administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks for the preparation of institutional visits, meetings, corporate events, and other representation activities of the center, coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders involved.
