Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
- Skills: customer orientation, communication, negotiation, capable of solving problems effectively, managing uncertainty, quality in decision-making, planning-prioritization of tasks, and cross-functional collaboration.
- User of digital environments.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice to have
- University studies (Degree, Licentiate, Diploma) are desirable. Minimum high school diploma.
- Geographic and functional mobility is desirable.
- B2.2 level of English is desirable.
The role
Why are we looking for you?
Your mission will be to develop and maintain the customer portfolio of the assigned area to meet the area objectives based on penetration and market share as an integral commercial advisor with a wide portfolio of products and services.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the customer portfolio of the assigned area to meet the area objectives based on penetration and market share.
- Market prospecting and acquisition of new customers in the assigned area, focusing on volume and price.
- Guarantee budget compliance based on volume and price.
- Provide internal feedback on competitor actions and the impact generated.
- Create differential proposals based on customer needs with the support of tools and Field Marketing.
- Build loyalty with points of sale through meetings and value-driven conversations based on the information available in the Sherpa commercial tool.
How you'll work
- Locations: Madrid, Toledo, Valladolid, Vizcaya, Orense, and Girona.
