Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant (M/F/X) Do you like administrative work, are you an organized person, and do you enjoy being a key support for the team? What will your role in the team be? You will be a fundamental piece in the company's administrative management. Your duties will include: Filing and organization of documentation Telephone assistance and email management Claims and follow-up of non-payments Entry of purchase delivery notes and control of receptions Registration of work reports Support in invoicing 🕒 Schedule Full-time: from 8:00 to 17:30 What are we looking for in you? Previous experience in administrative tasks (valuable in the industrial sector) An organized, responsible person with good communication skills Basic handling of IT tools Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team What do we offer?
