We are looking for a Sales Technician to manage and develop the business in Catalonia, Aragon, and the Balearic Islands, with a focus on capturing new opportunities and growing the client portfolio in the ice cream, pastry, horeca, distributors, and foodservice channels. Most importantly It is essential to have previous experience in commercial positions within the ice cream sector, artisanal ice cream making, or the sale of ingredients and raw materials for ice cream production. We will not consider profiles from outside this market. What will you do? Manage and develop the client portfolio in the assigned area. Capture new clients and generate business opportunities. Provide technical advice and product demonstrations. Build solid relationships with ice cream parlors, distributors, catering chains, and foodservice clients. Detect new market opportunities and maintain continuous commercial follow-up. Coordinate with different internal areas to ensure the best customer service. We are looking for a person who brings: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a commercial position within the ice cream ingredients, ice cream products, or ice cream industry sector. Technical knowledge of the ice cream world, and we will also value knowledge of pastry. Clear orientation towards sales and business development. Negotiation skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
