• Valuable experience in dehydrated ingredients, spices, seasonings, aromas, colorants, natural ingredients, or related products.
• Knowledge of the food industrial landscape in Catalonia and the ability to develop new accounts.
• Commercial profile oriented towards prospecting, acquisition, and business development.
• Sales, negotiation, management, and client loyalty techniques, and orientation towards achieving objectives.
• Ability to maintain dialogue with both Purchasing departments as well as R&D, Quality, and Production.
• Valuable training in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or similar.
• Advanced level of English.

• Commercial development and management of industrial clients in the food sector within the assigned area.
• Prospecting and acquisition of new clients, mainly manufacturers that use dehydrated ingredients in their production processes.
• Identification of new business opportunities and applications for the product portfolio.
• Management and development of the existing client portfolio.
• Presentation and sale of dehydrated ingredients, vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices, and other solutions for the food industry.
• Technical-commercial advisory to the client in collaboration with the R&D, Quality, and Product Development departments.
• Preparation, presentation, and follow-up of commercial offers and quotations.
• Negotiation of prices, commercial conditions, and agreements with clients.
• Follow-up of samples, product testing, approvals, and new projects until their industrialization.
• Management and resolution of commercial issues.
• Monitoring of sales objectives, margin, and development of new accounts.
• Reporting of commercial activity and updating of the opportunity pipeline.
