We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition whose mission is to find the best tech talent so that our clients find their ideal match ✨

What you'll do

Your responsibilities: 💪

Full management, from start to finish, of IT profile selection processes
Selection through the different job boards.
Screening phone calls and technical interviews with candidates.
Personalized follow-up with candidates.
Presentation of candidates along with a profile report.
Review of profiles with Business Managers.
Other tasks related to the Selection Department.

Requirements for a good match

You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting all types of IT profiles in the Spanish market.
You have at least a B2 level of English.
Very high or native level of Spanish.
You live in Madrid and/or the surrounding area or you are open to relocating.
You consider yourself very techy and you have solid technical knowledge of the different technology stacks.
You have good communication skills, empathy, and organization.
You are results-oriented and people-oriented.
You have good organizational and time management skills.
