• Design, coordinate, and validate Reef configurations in the areas of Issuance, Reinsurance, and Third-party management according to business requirements.

• Define and implement new functional capabilities in the Reef architectures.

• Participate in transformation projects and the implementation of solutions in different countries.

• Evaluate and integrate new market software capabilities into the Reef ecosystem.

• Guarantee the functional and technical certification of the development team's deliveries.

• Manage the development cycle until final deployment in production.

• Act as an expert consultant, proposing optimal solutions and managing system demand.

• Coordinate sessions with involved areas in the definition and validation of requirements.

• Promote continuous improvements to the Reef solution.

• Contribute to the training of other collaborators.
